Allison Homes is constituted of two separate parts; the Allison Homes Trust and the Allison Homes Association

The Allison Homes Trust is managed by five legally appointed Trustees, which owns all the assets.

The Allison Homes Association consists of a General Committee, a CEO and a full staff compliment, which manages the day-to-day operational functions.
